AXON is invitation-only software that facilitates introductions. You own what you upload. Use it accurately, respectfully, and at your own discretion.
Access
AXON is currently invitation-only. What I offer today may change without notice.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for any activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.
Acceptable use
Use AXON accurately, respectfully and lawfully.
- No scraping, automated harvesting or reverse engineering.
- No impersonation, harassment or misrepresentation.
- No uploading content you don’t have the rights to share.
Subscriptions
Plans, quotas and Voice Credits are described on /plans. Caps reset on the first of every calendar month. Pricing changes are communicated at least 30 days in advance.
Outputs
AXON outputs are decision support, not professional advice. Verify before acting.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant AXON a limited licence to work with it — only to serve you.
Liability
AXON facilitates introductions; outcomes are your responsibility. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you’ve paid in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AXON Labs is registered. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration unless prohibited locally.
